Single Crown Raceplate

Before you drop in on your all-out race run, you need a clean, reliable setup for your event-issued numbers. This premium single crown raceplate is engineered specifically for high-intensity racing environments where component functionality, easy maintenance, and absolute safety are held in the highest regard.

Designed with an innovative split-leg construction, you can separate the legs of the faceplate to effortlessly wrap it directly around your bike's cables. It keeps all your front-end lines—including your brake, shifter, and dropper housing safely captured and managed within the plate layout. The front brake hose routes cleanly through the designated upper entry hole and exits out the bottom, ensuring your cockpit looks factory-neat. By allowing your cables to find a natural path without catching or rubbing, it completely eliminates the risk of mechanical binding, stiff shifting, or suspension interference through full fork travel.

The handlebar mount provides an incredibly secure, stable foundation that will not twist or rattle. It fixes directly to your bars on either side of your stem using an ultra-tough, 3D-printed clamp assembly and four M4x16 stainless steel screws. The kit includes interchangeable custom spacers so it cleanly accommodates both 35 mm and 31.8 mm handlebar clamp diameters. Once the base mount is locked in, attaching your event-issued number plate to the front is an absolute breeze using the provided M6x5 mm screws.

Built to handle heavy racing abuse, the plate itself is manufactured from a high-performance elastic thermoplastic polyurethane. This material offers excellent industrial durability combined with energy-absorbing characteristics to flex and survive heavy impacts. Boasting a massive manufacturer-specified Vicat softening temperature of 133°C (271°F), this plate delivers outstanding stability and flexibility during peak summer heat, ensuring it never degrades, sags, or weakens in the elements.

Tech & Care Notes:

• Weatherproof & Durable: Both the plate and clamps are fully waterproof and highly resistant to rain, mud, snow, and standard bicycle lubricants.
• Cleaning: To clean, use mild dish soap and warm water only.
• Chemical Sensitivity (Critical): Avoid contact with harsh solvents—specifically acetone, brake cleaner, or strong acids, which can cause surface cracking or structural damage to the polymers.
• High Heat Stability: While the raw TPU material features a high 133°C softening threshold, the 3D-printed geometry can undergo minor stress-relaxation if subjected to extreme, enclosed solar heat. To keep your raceplate perfectly flat and pristine over seasons of use, avoid baking it on a vehicle dashboard or inside a locked cab on blistering summer days exceeding 50°C (122°F).
• Engineered Clamping Power: The polycarbonate bar clamps are exceptionally heat-resistant, featuring a Heat Deflection Temperature of approximately 113°C (235°F). We recommend keeping the cockpit environment under 100°C (212°F) to ensure maximum clamping force and absolute safety on your handlebars.
